In 1957 Aceitunas Cazorla was born in Novelda, Alicante, a province specialized in the anchovy stuffing industry. The first factory was located in Carrer Sentenero, in Novelda.In 1958, Aceitunas La Explanada de Alicante began to be marketed. The anchovy stuffing process was handmade.More than 60 years of experience as olive manufacturers and distributors have provided us with a deep knowledge of the raw material and the possibility to optimize each process to the maximum, in order to adjust the final product to the needs of our customers around the world.
